Applications will open on February 9, 2026, and must be completed no later than March 3, 2026 in order to participate in Room Selection.

The 2026–2027 Housing Application is a legally-binding agreement for the entire academic year (Fall and Spring Semesters).

Room Selection will occur from March 6, 2026 through April 8, 2026.

Step 3: Receive Room Selection Number

All students who submit an application by March 3, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST will receive a room selection number on on March 24, 2026. The room selection number will be used to generate your room selection time.

ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø determines class standing by rising class year.

*Graduate students are included in the senior-level priority.

All students who receive a room selection number will be eligible to form roommate groups on their . Under Apps and Forms: access your application, select "Manage," and then navigate to "Roommates" to create a group. All placements will be selected by "suite." For the purposes of room selection, a "suite" means any grouping of rooms that share a common space or bathroom.

Students may form groups of 2 or 3 for Founder's Hall or 4 or 6 for Dammann and Tenney Halls. There are a limited number of 4-person suites in Dammann and Tenney Halls. Please keep this in mind and manage your own expectations when forming groups for these spaces.

All roommate groups will receive a group selection time on March 24, 2026. Group Selection time is based on the average of the room selection numbers of the students in the group.

Once a roommate group is formed, only the group leader may select a space on behalf of the group. If the group leader is unable to do so, the leadership may be switched to another party.

Students may form groups of 4 or 6 for Dammann and Tenney Halls. There are a limited number of 4-person suites in Dammann and Tenney Halls. Please keep this in mind and manage your own expectations when forming groups for these spaces.

Selection for Dammann and Tenney Halls will prioritize 6-person suites, followed by 4-person suites.

• 6-person groups will have a time assigned between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
• 4-person groups will have a time assigned between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

This step is intended for groups of three who intend to reside in double rooms in Founder's Hall, which are connected to single rooms by a shared bathroom.

Once a roommate group is formed, only the group leader may select a space on behalf of the group. If the group leader is unable to do so, the leadership may be switched to another party.

Selection for 3-person groups in Founder's Hall is as follows:

• 3-person groups will have a time assigned between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM.

The entire group must fill the entire bedroom space of either a single, double, or 3-person space in Founder's Hall.

This step is intended for two-person groups who intend to reside in single rooms in Founder's Hall, which are two spaces connected by a shared bathroom.

Once a roommate group is formed, only the group leader may select a space on behalf of the group. If the group leader is unable to do so, the leadership may be switched to another party.

Selection for 2-person groups in Founder's Hall is as follows:

• 2-person groups will have a time assigned between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM OR 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

This step is intended for students who did not participate in previous selections for suites, double rooms, or single rooms. Students will have the opportunity to fill open beds in Founder's Hall or open spaces in Dammann or Tenney Halls in suites with availability.

Selection will proceed as follows:

• Students will have a time assigned between 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
